US orders currently use a flat-rate shipping fee. The current rate is shown during checkout.
If an item breaks in transit, email your replacement request to dungeonswagbox@gmail.com. Depending on the item and timing, we may ship the replacement with your next monthly subscription box or within 30 days.
The first order is charged when you subscribe. Ongoing subscription renewals process monthly from your sign-up date.
Orders can be canceled before they are processed for fulfillment. Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer available.
Negative reviews are allowed. Reviews containing rude or vulgar language are blocked and not published.
No. You can shop individual pieces from the store without a subscription. Subscriptions are for customers who want a curated monthly box and access to subscriber-only sculpts.
Some subscription plans offer annual prepay. If available, the annual option and any discount are shown with the plan before checkout. Annual subscriptions are excluded from free-shipping threshold offers.
Yes. After signing in, you can view your subscription timeline, update billing through the secure billing portal, pause or resume your subscription, and update your shipping address for upcoming shipments.
Guest checkout is available for one-time purchases. After checkout, check your email for a link to set your account password so you can view order history and manage future orders.
Out-of-stock products include a back-in-stock alert form. Enter your email and we will add you to the waitlist for that product.
Yes. Enter eligible discount, gift card, or referral codes during checkout. Gift cards work on one-time purchases, but not subscriptions. Bundle pricing cannot be combined with promo or referral codes.
Some one-time product drops may open to active subscribers before public access. If a subscriber early-access discount is available, it is shown on the product and applied during checkout.
